Position: Production Associate
Pay Rate: $13.50
Shifts: 1st OR 3nd shift
Hours: 7am-5pm OR 5:30pm-4am, Overtime Opportunities
Schedule: Monday through Thursday,

Job Responsibilities:
• Assemble components on the assembly line while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for assembly tasks and ensure all products are assembled accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow within the manufacturing facility.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to create a safe working environment.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
Requirements:
• 1 -2 years’ experience as a assembly or in a similar role preferred.
• 1 year familiarity with warehouse is an advantage.
• 1 year of carpet and flooring manufacturing experience a plus.
• Must be able to Stand for extended periods, lift heavy items up to 50lbs., and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment at varying temperatures.
