A black and white dog that has two different colored eyes, one blue and the other one brown I think has been hanging around my apartments where I live.

I believe the dog also has a little bit of a limp

Purple collar-looks new and the dog is very, very sweet and when she runs up to you, she lays down and rolled over for you to pet his belly
