Job Description:
Sweep, mop warehouse floors using industrial equipment.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch areas (e.g., door handles, railings).
Empty trash, remove recycling, and handle hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
Dust shelves, racks, and workstations to remove debris.
Identify safety hazards, keep aisles clear, and report maintenance needs to supervisors.
Exterior Maintenance: Clean loading docks, entryways, and sometimes remove weeds or litter around the building.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work in varied temperatures for long hours.
Equipment Knowledge: Experience operating machinery like forklifts, powered jacks, or industrial floor scrubbers is often preferred.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Previous industrial cleaning or janitorial experience is often preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a warehouse environment.
