I am looking for a small house or decent trailer for my family to move into. We are currently living in an appt in Chatsworth and our lease will be up in April. We've never had a late payment or any ever had any issues with payinng our bills on time. We would also be interested in owner financing. We are not looking for a perfect property, but we would prefer something with a yard if possible. I am proficient in electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, carpentry, flooring and painting. I don't mind trading my services for partial rent. I can also help with other properties when you need it. I have attached a photo of our family at christmas this year. We are open to providing any necessary financial documentation showing that we are able to cover rent. We are looking for rent in the neighborhood of $1000 / mo and less and needing at least two bedrooms. Thanks
