This is a professional piece of equipment and sells for $500.00 (Google to confirm)
You can purchase cheaper models for less, but they are not built as heavy duty as Pro Lift and are usually not rated at 500 Lbs.
If you go to a box store for a cheaper version you will pay more for the cheap lift, then I am asking for this Pro Lift.
This unit is as close to being new as you can get without being new.
