It was not used as a commercial ice maker..
It's been lightly used in a home..
Designed for bars, light catering, for servers station, cafe's, churches, other stuff,
Ice bin holds 26 lbs of ice, and can produce 64lbs in a 24 hr period..
There is a adjustment to regulate the speed of production..
The residential equivalent has a light in it, but the commercial one in my opinion is made better for events, people who require ice religiously... Lol..., commercial applications and family gatherings..
It's good either direction, commercial and residential..
It's been properly and thoroughly descaled, flushed, rinsed and sanitized, and is completely ready for some beverage cooling..
It's been descaled, flushed, rinsed and sanitized, twice in the last two weeks to ensure safe and pure ice..
Using of course the correct nickel safe cleaning and sanitizing agents..
It is plugged in and producing!!!
